Anchorman
If you are a die hard Will Farrell fan, you will love this movie. You will soak in Will Farrell - in nearly every frame - in the writing - in the humor.
We believe that a little Will Farrell goes a long way, and this was about an hour and a half too much of him. He manages to pull in all of his buddies from previous movies, there are a few funny moments, chuckles - but this movie drags.
We found a nearly empty theater - good for us at least as we went through our normal ritual of determining which seats are freezing (directly under the AC - mostly in the middle along the aisles), and we waited for one of the popcorn poppers to pop some fresh corn before we snagged it. :) Pueblo Tinseltown was the theater, the popcorn was very fresh, I had my sprinkle cheese with me. We got to talk more with Travis, our ticket taker from CA, on the way out. Nice people.
We can't wait for The Village, Collateral, I,Robot, The Grudge.
So, in other words, we enjoyed each other's company, we went out today, we held hands and ate popcorn and we had a nice day. The movie? Oh yeah... the movie.... Oh yeah.....
Overall rating - 2 Forgot it AS we were leaving the theater.
(There are outtakes during the credits and a scene after ... but... who cares?)
