Wanted - stars Angelina Jolie (Mr. and Mrs. Smith, Lara Croft) and James McAvoy (Atonement, The Chronicles of Narnia) and Morgan Freeman (The Bucket List) and Oh My Gosh is this a good movie!!

Think Office Space meets The Matrix.

Both favorites of mine so what a great combo! This movie just has it all. The basic premise is the age old Walter Mitty beginning - Mr. Nobody wishes he had A Life. He dreams of Something Else. He knows he is nobody. In this movie Wesley Gibson (James McAvoy) Googles himself and finds "No Results". *sigh*

Oh but what if he truly WAS somebody? What if his father was one of the best assassins ever to live and what if he has the same blood and instincts and intuition pumping through his body? With just a LITTLE BIT of training.....

Yes the premise is familar but that's all. The visuals are fresh, the action is fresh and amazing, the effects will be copied just like The Matrix has been.

From nearly the opening scene you will be hooked. The first 10 minutes of the movie were worth the price of admission alone and frankly, by the end I had even forgotten those great minutes!

A caution - this is an adult's movie. There is a lot of blood and violence, bad language and some naughty bits. Don't take kids. But do take your adult friends and have a great time. This one is worth seeing again.
