Informant

Informant.... this is bad because we saw it only a week or two ago and I can't remember a thing about it. :P

OH! A quick search on imdb.com and I remember now. Matt Damon's movie where he plays a whistleblower. He is a 'regular Joe' who becomes an informant and works undercover but he messes things up at every turn.

It's supposed to be based on a true story, which frankly are just the worst thing to make a movie from. With real stories everyone in the story has an attorney and their interests have to been looked after, no one can look too good or too bad, the truth gets homogenized and sterilized and glazed over so many times that it loses ANY edge it might have had. This movie is proof of that.

We were bored as the time drags on and nothing new seems to be happening. There's a bit of a twist at the end but by the time you get there you may be like us and not care so much.

Definitely a '2' - very very forgettable.

Pueblo Tinseltown was the theater - great popcorn, friendly folks.
