The Forgotten
We both really enjoyed this movie. I have since heard it panned and negative things said about it - but we liked it alot. Julianne Moore (The Hours) stars, and I think she looks and moves great for a 43 year old woman ;) The premise is fascinating - she has a son and husband and a life, and then one by one they begin to disappear. The child is dead, the husband doesn't know her - it's eerie and frankly fascinating to watch.
There are 2 different scenes that made us and the whole theater JUMP. It's so rare for that to happen in a movie that it made this a stand out for us. The story takes a few strange turns but throughout it's interesting and keeps you glued to it to find out what is happening.
One of my favorite actresses is in this movie - Alfre Woodard (Radio) and I loved every minute that she's on screen. She's a detective and she puts a nice spin on that role - she has some very good lines too.
This one got a 4. Definitely original and caught us by surprise so it gets extra points for that. :)
Pueblo Tinseltown was the theater - fresh popcorn and sprinkle cheese!
